Boise, Idaho (TVOI) Today, Governor Butch Otter issued a press release announcing the posting of a draft copy the amended SB 1067. This legislation will be the subject of the Special Legislative Session Butch called specifically to pass it.
A quick check of the bill revealed that the offending language is still in the bill. Anything else they did to the legislation is irrelevant.
The offending language:
“Convention” means the Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance, concluded at The Hague on November 23, 2007″.
